You can find the activation code on the menu of the Blu-ray player.

1. Turn on the BD player.
2. Press the HOME button on the supplied remote control.
3. Press the right arrow button until it highlights Network menu (globe icon).
4. Press the up or down arrow button and look for Activate Enhanced Features.
5. Press the center button to select it.
6. If the player is not yet registered, an activation code will be displayed.

Re: bdp-bx510 where do I find the activation code

I can't access netflix.  Under Network Menu (Glove Icon) I only have Internet Browser and Internet Video.  I do NOT have Activate Enhanced Features.

Hi magilagorilla!

We have responded to your other post (unable to access Netflix) on a different thread. Please click here to be redirected to that thread.

Are you looking for the registration code or the activation code? What internet application are you trying to access or activate?

Re: bdp-bx510 where do I find the activation code

I am having this same issue. "Activate Enhanced Features" is NOT on my menu. Therefore, I am unable to get code allowing me to activate Netflix, etc.

Hello Brian,

The model number is BDP-BX510.

I am connected to the internet, so, eg, I am able to use the internet browser.

Re: bdp-bx510 where do I find the activation code

Thank you for your help, but nothing in the link seemed to be applicable to my player.

I will be returning to the store.

Thank again.

Re: bdp-bx510 where do I find the activation code

You may also try resetting the player to its factory default settings. Follow the steps below:

1. Using the supplied remote, press the Home button.
2. Go to Setup.
3. Under Setup, select Resetting.
4. Under Resetting, select Reset to Factory Default Settings.
5. Select All Settings.

6. If the player goes off after the factory reset, just turn it back on and the Easy Setup will be displayed on the screen. But if the player does not turn off just go back to the Setup Menu then go to Easy Setup. Just follow the on-screen prompts to finish the Initial Setup of the player.

After that, try going back into the Network menu and look for  Activate Enhanced Features icon.
