Hope you can help me. I have been experiencing, for some time now, a problem with Netflix not working on my Blu-Ray home theater system (but all other apps work on it with no problems.) It searches and finds the internet but when it goes to the red netflix screen it sits there searching and times out and goes to the try again or exit screen. I have restarted the system numerous times, have tried netflixes solution of resetting but that has never worked for me, I have tried to see if there was anything in the system settings that could possibly help but I have not been able to find anything so far. I have spent hours on the phones to netflix help and sony help but no one has any advice for me. I was hoping someone else has had these same problems and found a solution. Also, I have three sony tv's all with netflix on them and they work just fine and I have a computer that receives it as well. So I'm really stumped. Please help.
